Call for entries and prizes

The present call(see the scientific project by clicking here) for scientific contributions is open to teacher-researchers, researchers and post-doctoral fellows at the beginning or middle of their careers, in all disciplines of the humanities and social sciences in the broadest sense. Eligible are people of all nationalities and statuses, attached to French (even if working abroad) or European research institutions, and holding a doctoral thesis.

Candidates are invited to propose research themes that are not limited to those mentioned in this call for proposals. The proposed theme lends itself to a variety of approaches and presents issues for political science, economics, cognitive science, psychology, law, anthropology, demography, sociology, history and literary studies. All these disciplines are invited to shed light on this theme using their own methods - theoretical or empirical - and their own specific issues.

Selected candidates will receive a prize of 2,500 euros (paid at the end of the program in the form of royalties).

Applications will be selected by the scientific committee in November 2025.

Work schedule: three working meetings will be organized in 2026/2027 with the 12 selected researchers. In March 2027, the Foundation will organize a "Journée des sciences sociales" where the authors will be invited to present their work. Their contributions will be published in a collective work in French. In addition, their work must result in an article submitted to peer-reviewed journals.
