PEJ 2022 Annual Meeting

We would like to remind you that there is still time to submit your paper for presentation at the 15th Annual Meeting of the Portuguese Economic Journal.

The conference will be hosted by  the Faculty for Agricultural and Environmental Sciences of the University of Azores and organized by ACDA - Associação para a Ciência e Desenvolvimento dos Açores from 8 to 9 July 2022. The conference will be held at Centro Cultural e de Congressos de Angra do Heroísmo, Terceira Island, Azores.

The keynote speaker will be Isabel Horta Correia (Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics).
 
Submissions in all fields of Economics are welcome and should be made through Conference Maker until 15 March 2022.
 
Paper Submissions
Papers should be written in English. The cover page should contain the following elements: article title, name of the author(s), affiliation(s), presenter, address(es), email(s), abstract (up to 600 words), keywords, and JEL classification codes. Applications to the Consultaccount Award should also be mentioned on the cover page.

Consultaccount Award
 The Consultaccount Award for the best paper presented by a PhD student at the conference consists of a certificate and a pecuniary prize in the amount of EUR 750.

All students currently enrolled at a PhD programme are eligible for this award. Candidates should clearly mention they are applying to the Consultaccount award on the cover page of their manuscript when submitting it to the conference. The Scientific Committee will select the winner, who will be presented with his/her award at the final plenary session.
