The German Law and Economics Association invites paper submissions for the 9th French-German Talks in Law and Economics that will take place on July 9-10, 2020, in Nancy.
We welcome submissions on any topic regarding Law and Economics, including:
- Competition policy
- Contract theory and contract regulation
- Dispute resolution
- Criminal law
- Intellectual property and innovation policy
- Labour law and economics
- Behavioural law and economics
- Legal rule-making
- Law and finance
- Liability and deterrence

The keynote lecture will be delivered by Dominique Demougin (Technische Universität Kaiserslautern and CRED, Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, http://cred.u-paris2.fr/demougin).
The deadline for submission is March 9, 2020.
